Ocean Glow Fabrics from Lewis & Irene

Following on from last Sundays newsletter roundup of glittery and glowy fabrics, we have just received this new Ocean Glow collection by Lewis & Irene. The first thing to notice about this collection is the quality of the printing, it’s absolutely first class - the colours are fresh and uplifting and the feel of the cloth is beautiful. Like Lewis & Irene’s previous “glow” collections the lighter parts of the designs (such as the outlines around the whales) glow green in the dark.

 

 

The star of the collection is this beautiful double border print - the full width design is shown inset above. It is perfect for borders, dresses and table runners, £16.80/m. There are 10 other coordinating designs featuring whales, dolphins, corals and, appropriately for a glow fabric, bioluminescense. £15.60/m

 

 

These vibrant prints are showcased in this Ocean Glow quilt designed by Sally Ablett. The finished quilt makes up to 55" x 67" and our kit includes all the fabrics for the quilt top and binding plus Sally’s pattern. £71.95
