Embers Accent Quilt
A
crisp, icy winter day spent outside in the garden; pruning fruit bushes and
harvesting your winter veggies. As the sun sets it's time to head inside for a
cup of tea and an early supper. Whilst dinner is cooking you cosy up in front
of the crackling log fire, wrapped up in your quilt and warming your hands. As
the night draws in, you begin to tire and so does the fire; all that's left are
the smouldering, glowing embers.
This quilt top is made of a selection of
8 fat quarters from the Kaffe Fassett Collective Fall 2017 collection. This
bundle mixes prints of different styles and scales unified by a colour theme.
Included with this bundle are instructions for making a small
"Accents" quilt - a simple design to construct that lets the fabric
"do the talking". Use as a throw, wall hanging or lap quilt to
compliment (or contrast) with your decor or add more packs to make a larger
quilt.
