Nordic Garden Dream by Arne & Carlos

Scandinavians Arne Nerjordet and Carlos Zachrison are highly regarded designers, textile artists and authors. They are best known for their original, colourful and visually striking designs as well as their craft books. Their work is highly influenced by their Scandinavian background and their everyday life in rural Norway.

We're excited to announce that we will be launching Arne & Carlos' debut fabric collection Nordic Garden Dream! Alongside having the fabrics on the bolts we also have four quilt kits as well as a bag kit in three colourways.

These beautiful 9-Patch quilts have been designed in-house by Nik Sewell, and the efficient use of fabric allows you to create a gorgeous 45" x 63" size quilt out of just 12 fat quarters.

Choose from a deliciously dark combination of blues and greens, with bold splashed of pink and green, or a more calming palette of white, red and pink.

Both kits are a steal at £42.95. The binding is made from piecing the leftover fabrics for a truly scrappy style, but if you don't want the hassle then simply add 50cm of a fabric of your choice.

This quilt of many stars designed by Janet Goddard has a soft palette of pink and purples, reflecting the colours seen in the Nordic summer night skies.

Isn't it complemented so perfectly by the Hydrangea and Daisies?!

Courtyard Garden is the second quilt designed by Janet Goddard. We can't believe how the roses in the garden match the roses in the fabric design.

The colours of this quilt have a timeless feel and the design reflects the paving stones found in an elegant courtyard garden.

This fabulous tote bag pattern, also designed by Janet Goddard, has a generous size of 16½ x 16½ x 4½" (42 x 42 x 11.5cm), allowing ample space for your freshly cut bouquet or your current WIP. We have chosen the fabrics to create three colourways to suit all tastes - Pink, Blue and Green. Which colour is your favourite?
